This was literally an answer to the question “after NYSC camp, what next?”

As a youth, the question “what next” always become loud and constant at almost every turning phase in your life. When you are done with secondary school? what’s next? When you are done with Uni? what’s next? When you begin your NYSC Journey what’s next? And even after your NYSC Scheme, someone will still ask “what’s next?!!!!”
The workshop was particularly scheduled to hold on the 28th of May, 2026 which was exactly 16 days after the orientation camp; just enough time to rest and make up my mind that I didn’t want to be clueless when I was asked what next?
Well, here is my own answer…
After SSCE, I went to Uni. After Uni, I went to camp. After NYSC Camp, you won’t believe what I did -I attended a workshop that changed my life.
I walked into the venue at Phoenix Imperial Hotel & Suites at Katampe, Abuja after getting a free ride provided by KaySteph Group; A premier real-estate company that helps you become a land owner and legacy holder. I honestly didn’t know what to expect, i just knew I wanted to explore kick-starting my journey into real-estate.
But I immediately became amazed by the intentionality and elegance of the organizers. The hall was packed with beautiful people, and when the organizers started to speak —I had a lot to write and was immediately drawn into their entrepreneurial story.
Mrs Ruby Stephanie of KaySteph Group was the first speaker of the day, she opened the door to what having a mindset that can create VALUE can do for every young entrepreneur. She gave 5 key pointers with the acronym BUILD as something we must all possess in order to create worth.
Mr Elisha Mamali was the second guest who spoke about getting mentored and managing our energy.
Mr Kolawole Emmanuel Omolaye, CEO KaySteph Group took on the stage next and made us understand that our background should never be our forerunner. He went ahead to give us 4 TIPS which was an acronym for a successful business person.
Chuks The General, the final speaker of the day concluded with giving us another 3 steps that will make making money happen.
Overall, the workshop was an interactive session and we all got to ask questions and explored each other’s experiences.
You are probably thinking this was the end, but it wasn’t!
The workshop included a practical site-seeing exercise, we were immediately driven to 2 of the KaySteph’s ongoing Projects, which includes; LilyCrest Residence in Karsana, a combination of a fully detached, semi-detached, terraces and apartments under construction. We were also taken to see the Ruby’s Apartment in Jahi which is a combination of 3 bedroom, 2 bedroom smart-home under construction.
I was amazed.
The sites was one, but the hospitality shown and put into every of the tour was another. When the construction was explained and the idea was given, I got to see that these were future homes. They were being built for families, and to become a place where anyone can fully see how their permanent and residential properties is being taken care of and being built.
The KaySteph team were so cheerful and paid attention to each and everyone of us, one after the other. My eyes immediately saw a new family I could network with, partner with and even invest with.
I felt really lucky, and had my mind made up to begin my journey into real-estates and property investments through KaySteph Group. But what if I wasn’t in camp the day they came? How would I have found out about this amazing work-family? This is why this blogpost is for you. I thought of you, and I know you would love to be at their next amazing workshop.

The good thing is, you do not have to be a corper to attend. Yes, they sponsored our last social night in camp and we had a blast. That was my first encounter with them, hence why I said they were an answered prayer to the question, what next??It shouldn’t only be all about your place of primary assignment (PPA) that is next, for so many people, they don’t get to choose what or where their PPA is -just like I didn’t choose mine. But KaySteph is something I chose from the variety of options and opportunities I came across at the NYSC orientation camp and I am so glad I chose them.
KaySteph group is equally bridging the gap for youths all over the world, building a network for them through this initiative and the KaySteph Group Youth Network workshop. The workshop empowers you to think outside the box and not only mentally prepares you for greatness but practically show you the way as well.
Which means, so far as you are a youth in Nigeria -you are qualified to attend the workshop and join the network.
Finally the question “What next” got a final answer, and I say this confidently because I know real estate and digital marketing is here to stay. KaySteph Group has founded the initiative that will help youths all around the world to continue their journey no matter where they find themselves; be it post-secondary school, post-Uni or post NYSC. Now I will never get to worry about what next after NYSC because I attended the KaySteph Group Youth NetWorkshop 1.0 and definitely going to be at 2.0.
